EDIBLE OIL REFINERY
Vimal Organics will supply the equipment for main process
plant for capacity as desired by customer which together with
necessary equipment to be supplied by Buyer and installed
and operated by the Buyer in accordance with Vimal Organics’s
instruction shall be capable of Refining Crude filtered vegetable
oil
A. SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS AND EQUIPMENT:
Oil refining plant comprises of:
1. Degumming of Oil
1. Bleaching and Filtration of Oil
2. Deodorizing with Physical refining of oil
3. Vacuum system
4. Self supporting Structure
6. Motor Control Center
The equipment supply includes the main process vessels for
De-gumming, bleaching, filtration, deodorizing, fatty acid
recovery and auxiliaries such as pumps, vacuum system, condensers,
valves, pipes, complete with motor control center and insulation.
SPECIAL FEATURE OF VIMAL ORGANICS PLANT
All process vessels will be fitted on self-supporting structure
in modular fashion. Structure is so designed that it can be
pushed inside the Containers for shipping. Entire system will
be erected, assembled and pre-piped in our workshop and tested
for proper functioning. Even heat insulation including Aluminum
cladding of equipment and pipes will be completed in our workshop.
While most of the equipment will be shipped fitted with pipes,
valves and pumps, some of the items may be dismantled and
packed separately for shipping in containers. Modular design
helps in reducing the erection, assembly and start up time
at site. The entire erection and fitting can be done by customer
in 2 weeks time during which time the hook up with utility
services will be done and the plant is ready for start up.
Electric motors, starters and motor control center are included
in our supply.
The plant is completely automatic with computer controlled
operation and the plant can be operated by one operator and
a helper.
