Energy Food

These Plants are used to provide Unimix Energy food very quickly. The staple food is Wheat / Maize / Rice / Cassava. The flour is ground in suitable mixture, extruded, mixed with sugar / Salt etc. ground and further processed. Two of the possible combinations are given below but any combination can be used.

ONE COMBINATION

Wheat : 25 %
Dried Cassava : 20%
Soybean : 25%
Sugar : 29.5 %
Vitamin : 0.50%

PROCESS

1. Clean the wheat in Pul n/c, separator, D-stoner.
2. Then grind it & passed through the extruder.
3. After extruder will get pallets.
4. Grind these pallets by hammer mill.
5. After hammer stored the material in tank.
6. Then grind the sugar & stored in tank.
7. Take the Soya flower & clean it in plans after & send it to tank.
8. All them Ingredients mix in mixing line, & pack it.

ANOTHER PROCESS (SUGAR COATED PALLET)

1. Mix the Wheat & (Kassava) in fixed required ratio.
2. Then grind the mixed material in hammer.
3. After grinding pass this material through extruder & will get the pallets.
4. Cool the pallets in cooler.
5. In other side start melting of sugar.
6. Melted sugar coated on pallets & get sweet pallets.
