An enquiry is recieved from the
client and:

- We prepare a Process Flow Diagram
- Using our expertise and experience, data sheet of individual
equipment is prepared and the same is classified as self fabrication
item or bought out item.
- Individual drawings of equipment is prepared and on that basis
a quote is given to buyer.
- Once the buyer places the purchase order the fabrication drawings
are prepared for individual fabricated items and given to workshop
(s).
- In preparing these drawings, our Engineers use Auto Cad and
Pro-E software. To keep track of supplies, we use MS-Project.
- The fabrication shops have all modern facilities and machinery
required.
- Quality Control :
All inputs are mechanically and chemically tested. A third party
inspection agency is requested to do a pre audit. After the equipment
is complete, Preshipment inspection is done by our QC staff and
also by an Internationally Reputed Inspection Agency like SGS
or the one nominated by the buyer.
