MANUFACTURING PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Manufacturing process involves the process of screening of
the Raw Materials on the single Dock Vibrating Screen. The
Lumps are crushed through Hammer Mill and filled in feeder
Hopper through elevators. The material is volumetrically controlled
through Feed control gate and conveyed to Mixer Paddle through
conveyor Belts. The Mixed material is lifted through elevator
on the Pan Granulator where water is sprinkled on the material
in order to form the granules. The granules are heated in
the Hot Drum Drier where hot gases are passed through Oil
Fired Furnace. The exit Gases are sucked through Air Blower
and passed to Atmosphere through Cyclone. The Hot Material
is sent to Cooler Drum Drier in order to cool the material.
The exit gases are again passed to atmosphere through Air
Blower and Cyclone. The material is elevated to Double Dock
Screen Where oversize material comes to Chain Mill for grinding.
The Undersize material is lifted through Elevator to Pan Granulator.
The proper size material is weighed and packed in 50 Kg HDPE
Bags. Now it is ready for dispatch in the market.
RAW MATERIAL
Depending upon the ratio, the Raw Material used are Urea,
Di-Ammonium Phosphate, Single Super Phosphate, Triple Super
Phosphate, Ammonium Nitrate, Murette of Potash, Missourie
Phos, Dolomite etc. The Raw Materials are easily available
in the Market. There is no problem in the procurement of Raw
Material.
PACKING MATERIAL
The Finished Goods are packed in printed, laminated 10x10
mesh HDPE Bags. There is no problem in the procurement of
HDPE Bags.
POLLUTION CONTROL DEVICE
There is no much hazardous waste coming out of the plant
except the dust particles which are trapped in the cyclone
and the exit gases containing the Nitrogen and Co2 are passed
in the Atmosphere through Chimney.
WATER CONTROL DEVICE
The water is required for the granule formation at the Pan
Granulator and for the General use for workers. The approximate
requirement is approximate 10 KL per day. A tube well of 4
inch bore is sufficient to meet the daily requirement.
ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENT
The total Power requirement of the Plant is 250 KVA. A Generator
of the suitable capacity is also required to meet the irregularities
in the power supply.
